I wish I had been taking my daughter here from the very start! Dr. Sacks is great! I could tell that he was less than thrilled with my daughter's progress under a prior orthodontist. I'm SO happy that he took the reigns. The poor kid has had these braces for four years! He said he would have them off within a year. They just moved into a new office on Livingston Avenue and it's beautiful! Large, spacious waiting room with several TV's and two video game consoles. The work area is spacious and well lit and all of his equipment is state of the art. I love the layout in that all the patient chairs are in a line down the center of the main room. But not so close that you're on top of each other. It gives a better feeling. At least that's how my daughter felt and she's the one sitting in the chair. Each patient chair had it's own TV mounted on the wall so you could watch while being worked on. His staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. So far I've needed to bring my daughter in twice for adjustments (wires poking into her cheeks) and they took us both times right away.
I highly recommend Dr. Sacks.

PS: Since I wrote this (a year ago?) , Dr. Sacks was true to his word! My daughter has her braces off and what beautiful, straight, white teeth!!!

I have only had a couple of appointments so far, but I can say that as soon as I walked through the door for the first time, I was immediately impressed. Dr. Sacks and his staff are all extremely kind, and the whole office was clean and smelled nice. I know my teeth are in safe hands!

Very friendly people and great prizes and I enjoy getting points for each visit.
